Chameleon Headsets™ By Earshot Innovations, LLC is a communication products manufacturer headquartered in Thousand Oaks, California dealing directly with the OEM manufacturing sector, Value Added Resellers within the communications industry, and call center or enterprise sized organizations that deploy call center telephony products.
Our present customer base ranges from call centers to campus networks, including inbound ACD operations as well as OEM headset and office-product manufacturers looking to expand their offering to wholesale customers. We produce superior hands free call center telephony tools, including a variety of commercial grade headsets, multi-purpose and two-prong amplifiers, headset telephones, 6 wire “pistol grip” 911/air traffic controller dispatch amplifier, Supervisor-Y cords and our new “demand-only” passive in-line amplifiers for direct-connect and IP soft phones.
Antecedents
The Chameleon team spent the last twenty years developing, marketing, and manufacturing telephone headset products for major brand name manufacturers such as Lucent Technologies, Softalk, the former AT&T, Phillips and more. The entire line of Chameleon Headsets Call Center Telephony products was introduced in early 2000 to new customers.
